The Robust LPG Series Centrifugal Spray Dryer harnesses a centrifugal atomizer to efficiently dry liquid materials, making it a staple in modern industrial production. Principle:
Our centrifugal spray dryer's working principle involves filtered and heated air entering the top air distributor in a spiral uniform flow. The feed liquid, pumped from the tank to the centrifugal atomizer, is sprayed into fine mist droplets. Rapid evaporation occurs as the feed liquid contacts the hot air, drying the product almost instantly. The finished product is then discharged from the drying tower's bottom and the cyclone separator, with waste gas expelled via a fan. User-specific heating modes and dust collection systems can be selected based on real-world needs.
