The flash dryer utilizes a hot air technique that enters tangentially at the bottom, forming a powerful rotating wind field. Materials fed through a screw feeder are rapidly crushed through a synergy of impact, friction, and shear forces, ensuring maximum contact with hot air for efficient drying. The resultant dried material is transported to a dust collection system, where it undergoes final processing before completing the drying journey, with a dust emission level maintained at 50mg/m3.

Hot air is introduced into the drying chamber's annular gap in a tangent direction, creating a spiraling rise. Materials are fed quantitatively into the tower for optimal heat exchange. Larger, moister materials are mechanically pulverized, while smaller, drier particles ascend with the airflow to the separator for gas-solid separation. Finished products are collected, packaged, and the exhaust gas is treated before release.
