The hot air circulation oven is equipped with a low-noise axial flow fan and an automatic temperature control system. The sealed circulation system boosts thermal efficiency up to 70%. This advanced design places our hot air circulation ovens at par with international standards, enhancing energy savings and profitability for enterprises.
Operational Principle:
The air circulation system of the oven employs a fan-driven air supply method, ensuring uniform and efficient air circulation.
Powered by a circulating air supply motor with a contactless switch, the system drives the wind wheel through the heater, distributing hot air via the air duct to the oven's interior. The expelled air is recirculated through the air duct for further heating, maintaining uniform indoor temperature.
Temperature fluctuations caused by door operations are quickly corrected by the air supply circulation system until the set temperature is restored.
