The centrifugal spray dryer utilizes a centrifugal atomizer to effectively dry liquid materials, making it indispensable in industrial production. Principle:
The centrifugal spray dryer operates by filtering and heating air, which then enters the air distributor at the top of the dryer. Hot air spirals uniformly into the drying chamber. The feed liquid, pumped from the feed tank to the centrifugal atomizer, is transformed into fine mist droplets. The finished product is collected at the bottom of the drying tower and cyclone separator, while exhaust gases are expelled through a fan.
