Operational Principle:
In our dynamic drying process, wet materials are consistently introduced from the feeder to the topmost layer of the dryer, where a rake arm with blades diligently rotates to incessantly turn the materials. These materials traverse an exponential spiral path across the drying tray's surface. On the compact drying tray, materials shift to the outer edge and subsequently descend to a larger drying tray beneath. Here, they move inward and fall through a central feeding port into the next layer of a compact drying tray. This alternating arrangement of large and small drying plates ensures a seamless flow of materials throughout the dryer.
The hollow drying plates are ingeniously filled with a heating medium, such as saturated steam, hot water, thermal oil, or molten salt at elevated temperatures. Entering from one end of the plate and exiting the other, this medium facilitates optimal drying. The last layer's dried material gracefully descends to the aggregate tray before being conveyed by rake blades to the discharge port. Meanwhile, moisture is efficiently expelled via the top cover's dehumidification port, with vacuum removal options available.
