The versatile rotary drum dryer is an essential piece of drying equipment in the chemical, light industry, coal, building materials, and mining and metallurgy sectors. Principle:
When damp raw material is introduced from one end, it undergoes a transformation through strategically placed blades inside the cylinder. These blades ensure an even distribution of material, maximizing contact with countercurrent hot air to enhance heat conduction. Throughout the drying process, inclined blades and the hot air stream facilitate the movement of the material toward the dryer's star section, where it is eventually discharged via the discharging valve.
