Vacuum drying entails heating and drying materials under vacuum conditions, utilizing a vacuum pump for efficient suction and dehumidification. This accelerates drying rates and conserves energy. The equipment is classified into static and dynamic dryers. YZG cylindrical and FZG square vacuum dryers are static, maintaining material integrity during drying. Conversely, SZG double cone rotary vacuum dryers are dynamic, ensuring even and thorough drying. Operational Principle:
1) Heat energy (hot water, low-pressure steam, or thermal oil) enters a closed interlayer, transferring heat to the material via the inner shell.
