Description:
The Advanced Plate Dryer is a highly efficient, conductive, continuous drying solution. Its innovative design and operational principle ensure exceptionally high thermal efficiency, minimal energy consumption, compact footprint, user-friendly configuration, straightforward operation and control, and an excellent operational environment.
Operational Principle:
Wet materials are steadily introduced from the feeder onto the uppermost drying plate. The rotating rake arm with attached blades continually flips the materials, which flow exponentially along the drying tray's surface. This process repeats as materials transition from the small drying plate to the larger one below, in a zigzag pattern through the dryer. This alternating layout ensures a continuous flow and optimal drying.
The hollow drying plates are heated using saturated steam, hot water, thermal oil, or high-temperature molten salt. The heating medium flows from one end of the plates to the other, ensuring even heating. The dried material descends to the aggregate tray and is discharged through a port. Moisture is vented out via the dehumidification port on the top cover, or through a vacuum port in vacuum models. The final dry product is ready for direct packaging or further processing.
