Our vacuum drying machine operates under negative pressure and features a shell with a steam jacket and rotating rake teeth inside. These rake teeth reverse direction every 10-15 minutes, ensuring even material stirring and continuous surface renewal. The vacuum pump efficiently extracts gasified water or solvents, allowing for lower drying temperatures and preventing material decomposition. This technology is extensively used in chemical and pharmaceutical production.
Vacuum drying involves heating and drying materials under vacuum conditions. A vacuum pump suctions and dehumidifies, accelerating the drying rate and conserving energy. The equipment is categorized into static and dynamic dryers. YZG cylindrical and FZG square vacuum dryers are static, while SZG double cone rotary vacuum dryers are dynamic. Static dryers do not alter the material's form and can disinfect before drying; dynamic dryers mix the material for more thorough drying. By lowering the boiling point of the solvent, vacuum dryers are ideal for unstable or heat-sensitive materials and are suitable for solvent recovery and materials containing irritants or toxic gases. Widely used in pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, dyes, etc., these systems comply with GMP standards.
Operational Principle:
1) Introduce heat energy (hot water, low-pressure steam, or thermal oil) into a closed interlayer, transferring heat to the material through the inner shell.
2) Under powered drive, the tank slowly rotates, ensuring continuous mixing of the materials to enhance drying efficiency.
3) In a vacuum state, the reduced vapor pressure leads to surface moisture (or solvent) saturation and evaporation, which is promptly discharged and recovered by a vacuum pump. This cycle of permeation, evaporation, and discharge continues seamlessly, achieving efficient material drying in a short period.
