Principle:The material is meticulously distributed onto the mesh belt by the feeder, utilizing a 12-60 mesh stainless steel mesh. This belt is driven through the dryer, which is composed of multiple units, each with independent hot air circulation. Exhaust is partially expelled via a specialized dehumidifying fan, with regulation via a control valve for optimal heat and moisture removal. The adjustable belt speed adapts to material temperature, ensuring continuous discharge of the dried product into the feeder. Customizable cycle units and unit numbers adapt to the user's specific requirements, offering flexibility in the drying process.
The material held within the hopper is uniformly distributed onto the mesh belt with the aid of an advanced feeder system. Crafted typically from robust 12-60 mesh stainless steel wire mesh, this belt is seamlessly propelled by a precision transmission device, ensuring smooth progression through the dryer. This state-of-the-art dryer is ingeniously composed of several autonomous units, each boasting an independent hot air cyclic system. Notably, a specialized dehumidifying fan ensures efficient exhaust management, while individual control valves regulate each unit's exhaust. In the lower circulation unit, air initially enters the upper chamber, flowing downward through a high-performance heat exchanger, then through the material layer, and finally into the lower chamber. Here, connectivity with the fan is assured via side and return air ducts, enabling optimal gas circulation with regulated expulsion. These up-and-down loop units can be intricately customized to meet user requirements, with unit quantity adjustable according to specific needs.
Ideal for dehydrating vegetables, this exceptional drying system typically employs a trio of equipment sets in series, collectively forming an initial dry section, an intermediate transition, and a final dry phase. In the early drying segment, where the material exhibits high moisture content and reduced permeability, we utilize a thinner material layer, faster operational speed, and elevated drying temperatures. During this initial stage, the drying gas can achieve temperatures exceeding 120°C. In contrast, the final dry segment allows for a material retention time 3 to 6 times longer than the initial phase, with material thickness increased 2 to 4-fold. For materials necessitating temperatures not surpassing 60°C, an 80°C drying gas suffices. By harnessing a multi-stage combination, the belt dryer optimizes its performance, ensuring greater uniformity in drying.
