Principle:This state-of-the-art drying process begins with a feeder that evenly distributes material onto a 12-60 mesh stainless steel belt. As the belt progresses through the drier, driven by precision technology, it passes through multiple units where independent hot air circulation within each unit ensures optimal drying conditions. A dedicated dehumidifying fan expels tail gas, while a regulating valve refines exhaust management, ensuring efficient moisture removal. The adjustable belt speed accommodates varying material temperatures, delivering a consistent flow of finished products. Our flexible up-and-down cycle unit configurations cater to specific user requirements, with customizable unit number options for ultimate versatility.
