Principle:The material is uniformly distributed on the mesh belt by the feeder, utilizing a 12-60 mesh stainless steel mesh. Driven by a sophisticated mechanism, it traverses the drier composed of multiple units. Each unit boasts independent hot air circulation. Tail gas is expertly discharged by a specialized dehumidifying fan, with exhaust regulated by an adjustable valve, ensuring efficient heat and moisture removal. The mesh belt's slow, adjustable speed aligns with material temperature requirements, continuously delivering dried products into the feeder. The flexible configuration of up and down cycle units and customizable unit numbers cater to user-specific needs.

This mesh belt, crafted typically from 12-60 mesh stainless steel wire mesh, is propelled through the dryer by an advanced transmission apparatus. Exhaust gases from these units are expertly managed by a special dehumidifying fan, with control valves calibrating the outflow. Most gases recirculate in harmony, while some, now cooler and moist-laden, exit through large exhaust pipes, guided by control valves and moisture fans. Down below, the lower circulation unit mirrors this process but in reverse; air enters the upper chamber, descends through a heat exchanger, passes through the material, and enters the lower chamber. This is all orchestrated through side and return air ducts, allowing for flexible configurations and unit selections tailored to the user's desires.

As the material transitions to the final dry section, it enjoys an extended residence time, 3-6 times longer than the initial phase, with the material thickness scaling up to 2-4 times its original state. For delicate materials requiring temperatures not to exceed 60°C, a gentle 80°C dry gas is employed. By harnessing the power of a multi-stage combination, the belt dryer's performance is optimized, ensuring an exceptional uniformity of drying.
