Principle:
Our process begins with the even distribution of materials on a 12-60 mesh stainless steel belt by the feeder. Driven through the dryer, each unit within the dryer operates independently, circulating hot air efficiently. A specialized dehumidifying fan removes a portion of the exhaust, while a regulating valve manages emissions, ensuring optimal drying and moisture removal. The belt's speed is adjustable to match material temperature needs, allowing for continuous collection of dried products. The configuration of upper and lower cycle units is adaptable to meet user requirements, with flexible unit selection available.
