Principle:
Our process begins with the even distribution of materials on a 12-60 mesh stainless steel belt by the feeder. Driven through the dryer, each unit within the dryer operates independently, circulating hot air efficiently. A specialized dehumidifying fan removes a portion of the exhaust, while a regulating valve manages emissions, ensuring optimal drying and moisture removal. The belt's speed is adjustable to match material temperature needs, allowing for continuous collection of dried products.
