Even paste materials from dehydrated filter cakes can be effectively dried after granulation or strip formation.
Principle:Our process begins with the even distribution of materials on a 12-60 mesh stainless steel belt by the feeder. Driven through the dryer, each unit within the dryer operates independently, circulating hot air efficiently. A specialized dehumidifying fan removes a portion of the exhaust, while a regulating valve manages emissions, ensuring optimal drying and moisture removal. The belt's speed is adjustable to match material temperature needs, allowing for continuous collection of dried products. The configuration of upper and lower cycle units is adaptable to meet user requirements, with flexible unit selection available.

By the final dry stage, the material spends 3-6 times longer compared to the initial phase, with a thickness of 2-4 times greater, while temperatures not exceeding 60°C are maintained using dry gas around 80°C.
