Principle:
The drying process begins with the material being evenly distributed on a mesh belt by the feeder. Utilizing 12-60 mesh stainless steel, the belt moves steadily through the dryer, driven by a robust driving device. The dryer comprises multiple units, each with independent hot air circulation. A specialized dehumidifying fan efficiently expels tail gas, while a regulating valve supervises the exhaust control. As the net belt moves at an adjustable pace, finished products are continuously collected in the feeder post-drying. Users have the flexibility to configure up and down cycle units and select the necessary number of units per their specific requirements.
In the sophisticated process of drying, the material is initially introduced into the hopper and expertly distributed onto the mesh belt through a precisely calibrated feeder. This mesh belt, crafted from stainless steel wire mesh of 12 - 60 mesh, is mechanically driven to glide seamlessly within the dryer.
