Specially designed for materials such as sheets, strips, and granules with commendable air permeability, this dryer excels in processing high-moisture content items like dehydrated vegetables, catalysts, and Chinese herbal pieces. It is ideal for situations where high temperatures are not suitable. The series boasts rapid drying speeds, elevated evaporation intensity, and outstanding product quality. Paste materials, like dehydrated filter cake, can be efficiently dried post-granulation or strip formation.
Principle:The drying process begins with the material being evenly distributed on a mesh belt by the feeder. Utilizing 12-60 mesh stainless steel, the belt moves steadily through the dryer, driven by a robust driving device. The dryer comprises multiple units, each with independent hot air circulation. A specialized dehumidifying fan efficiently expels tail gas, while a regulating valve supervises the exhaust control. As the net belt moves at an adjustable pace, finished products are continuously collected in the feeder post-drying. Users have the flexibility to configure up and down cycle units and select the necessary number of units per their specific requirements.
In the sophisticated process of drying, the material is initially introduced into the hopper and expertly distributed onto the mesh belt through a precisely calibrated feeder. This mesh belt, crafted from stainless steel wire mesh of 12 - 60 mesh, is mechanically driven to glide seamlessly within the dryer. The dryer itself is an assembly of multiple units, each featuring an independent hot air circulation system. Exhaust gases are skillfully managed, with a portion being expelled via a specialized dehumidifying fan, and each unit equipped with control valves for precise regulation. Within the upper circulation unit, air is drawn from the circulating fan, directed through side air ducts into the unit's lower chamber, heated by heater 7, and then strategically dispersed by distributor 6. This creates a jet flow that passes through the material, reaching the upper chamber, facilitating effective heat and mass transfer. The hot air recirculates, while lower-temperature moisture-laden air exits through exhaust systems. In contrast, the lower circulation unit reverses this process: air enters the upper chamber, descends through heat exchangers, and moves up through the material into the lower chamber, with similar regulation for exhaust. This sophisticated up-and-down loop system can be tailored to the specific needs of the user, with flexible unit configurations available.
Ideal for the dehydration of vegetables, this equipment is arranged in three sequential stages: the initial dry section, the intermediate section, and the final dry section. The initial stage tackles the high moisture content of the material with a combination of reduced material thickness, accelerated belt speed, and elevated drying temperatures, reaching up to 120°C or higher. As the process progresses to the final dry section, the retention time of the material increases dramatically-up to 3 to 6 times longer-while material thickness is adjusted to be 2 to 4 times that of the initial stage. For applications where the material temperature must not exceed 60°C, a dry gas temperature of approximately 80°C is employed. The belt dryer's capabilities are maximized through a multi-stage approach, resulting in uniformly dried final products.
