Natural air, drawn by the fan, passes through a purification cabinet and heater, creating a high-speed airflow through the material bed plate holes. This causes the material to achieve a boiling state, facilitating large-scale evaporation of water during the gas-solid two-phase contact process, resulting in efficient drying.
Principle:
In our system, the air undergoes precision heating and purification. It is then introduced via the induced draft fan from below, passing through the mesh plate of the hopper. Within the working chamber, a fluid state is achieved through expert stirring and negative pressure. Swift evaporation of water ensues, carrying away moisture with the exhaust, thereby ensuring the material undergoes rapid and thorough drying.
