Operational Principle:
Wet materials are consistently fed to the uppermost drying plate. A rotating rake arm ensures continuous flipping, guiding materials through the drying tray surface in a spiral flow. Materials transition from small to large drying trays alternately, descending through the dryer layers for a thorough drying process.
Heating mediums such as saturated steam, hot water, thermal oil, and high-temp molten salt traverse the hollow drying plates from one end to the other. Dried materials slide to the aggregate tray, transported to the discharge port, while moisture exits through a dehumidification or vacuum port. Auxiliary equipment like finned heaters, solvent recovery condensers, and bag filters enhance production capacity, making it ideal for drying heat-sensitive materials and enabling operations like heating, cooling, calcination, and more.
