This dryer series boasts rapid drying speeds, heightened evaporation intensity, and superior product quality. Paste materials or dehydrated filter cakes can be efficiently processed through granulation or strip-making before drying.
Principle:Meticulously engineered, the material is evenly distributed on a stainless steel mesh belt ranging from 12-60 mesh by the feeder. Driven by a dependable device, it passes through the specially designed drier consisting of multiple units. Each unit operates with independent hot air circulation, while a dedicated dehumidifying fan manages partial tail gas discharge. The exhaust is meticulously controlled via a regulating valve, ensuring effective drying and moisture removal. The mesh belt moves at a customizable pace, allowing adjustments to match material temperature needs. After drying, the finished product seamlessly falls into the feeder. The system is highly adaptable, allowing for flexible configuration of up and down cycle units and customizable unit numbers based on specific requirements and user preferences.
The innovative design of our High-Throughput Belt Drying Equipment ensures an unparalleled drying process. Starting from the material hopper, each material is meticulously spread across a mesh belt via a specialized feeder. The mesh belt, crafted meticulously from 12-60 mesh stainless steel wire mesh, is propelled through the drying chamber by an expertly engineered transmission device. This dryer is composed of multiple sophisticated units, each possessing an independent hot air cycle. A part of the exhaust gas is adeptly managed by a specialized dehumidifying fan, while the rest is controlled by precision-engineered control valves. Embracing cutting-edge technology, the upper circulation unit draws air from a robust circulating fan, introducing it into the unit's lower chamber via side air ducts. Here, the airflow is heated through an efficient heater, distributed finely by a state-of-the-art distributor, and then propelled into the mesh belt as a focused jet flow. This jet flow progresses seamlessly through the materials, rising into the upper chamber to complete the heat and mass transfer process. The upper chamber is intricately linked to the fan inlet through an advanced duct system. While the majority of the gas undergoes continual cycling, a portion with decreased temperature and moisture exits via a large exhaust pipe, regulated by control valves and a moisture fan. In the lower circulation unit, air follows a similar innovative process: entering the upper chamber, gaining heat through a sophisticated exchanger, traversing the material layer, and finally reaching the lower chamber. This chamber is interconnected with the fan through advanced side and return air ducts, ensuring efficient circulation with minimal discharge. The flexibility of our design allows for customizable loop units and adjustable unit numbers, tailored to user requirements, thus optimizing the drying process for diverse needs.
Optimized for dehydrating vegetables, our equipment exhibits exceptional adaptability. Usually arranged in a series of three units, they form an initial dry section, an intermediate section, and a final dry section. In the early dry section, the material is characterized by high moisture content and reduced permeability. Therefore, a finer thickness of the material is employed alongside a faster conveyor speed and elevated drying temperature. During this stage, the drying gas temperature can peak at an impressive 120°C or higher. Conversely, in the final dry section, the material's retention time increases remarkably to 3-6 times that of the initial stage, with the material thickness expanding 2-4 times. For applications necessitating temperatures below 60°C, an 80°C dry gas is utilized, ensuring optimal drying conditions. The performance of the belt dryer is significantly enhanced through multi-stage combination, providing uniform and consistent drying results, thereby maximizing efficiency.
