The Flash Dryer operates by directing hot air tangentially into the base of the dryer, creating a robust rotating wind field propelled by the agitator. As material enters from the screw feeder, it undergoes intensive impact, friction, and shear force due to the high-speed rotating mixing paddle. This rapidly breaks down bulk material, allowing for maximum contact with hot air for heating and drying. The dried material is efficiently conveyed to a dust collection system for processing. Exhaust gas, with a dust content of 50mg/m3, is expelled by the induced draft fan, completing the drying cycle seamlessly.
