Operational Principle:
The process begins with wet materials being steadily fed onto the topmost drying plate. Here, a rotating rake arm equipped with blades diligently flips the materials, guiding them along an exponential spiral path. The material transitions from the small drying plate's edge, cascading down to the large drying plate below. This meticulous alternation of small and large plates enables a seamless flow throughout the entire dryer.
Within each hollow drying plate, a heating medium-whether saturated steam, hot water, thermal oil, or high-temperature molten salt-circulates, entering at one end and exiting at the other. The final dried material descends onto an aggregate tray, where it is efficiently conveyed to the discharge port. Any residual moisture is effectively expelled through dehumidification and vacuum ports, facilitating the direct packaging of dry materials.
