Principle:
The working principle of our centrifugal spray dryer involves air passing through a filter and heater before entering the air distributor at the top. Hot air is uniformly introduced into the dryer. The feed liquid is pumped from the tank to the centrifugal atomizer, where it is sprayed into fine mist droplets. When these droplets come into contact with the hot air, rapid evaporation occurs, drying the feed liquid almost instantaneously. The finished product is collected from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone separator, while waste gas is expelled via the fan. Users can customize the heating and dust removal modes according to specific requirements.
