The two-dimensional mixer, officially known as the two-dimensional movement mixer, is aptly named for its ability to simultaneously operate in two directions. The drum's rotation combines with its swinging motion, allowing mixed materials to rotate, flip, and blend within the drum. Simultaneously, the materials move left to right with the drum's swing, achieving complete mixing in a short time.
Principle:
Driven by the driving shaft, the barrel loaded with materials performs complex compound movements of translation and tumbling. This facilitates annular, radial, and axial movements within the body, enabling the materials to flow, spread, accumulate, and mix thoroughly, achieving optimal homogenization.
