Principle:The drying process starts with the material being uniformly distributed onto a 12-60 mesh stainless steel mesh belt by the feeder. Through a series of units, each with independent hot air circulation, the material is dried as it moves along the belt driven by a dedicated mechanism. Tail gas is efficiently managed by a dehumidifying fan and regulating valve, ensuring optimal moisture removal. The adjustable speed of the belt allows for precise control according to material temperature, while the finished product seamlessly exits the dryer.
