Principle:The material is evenly distributed onto the mesh belt by the feeder, utilizing a 12-60 mesh stainless steel mesh for optimal movement through the drier. The drier's sophisticated design includes multiple units, each with independent hot air circulation systems. A special dehumidifying fan and control valves regulate exhaust gases, optimizing heat and moisture removal. The adjustable net belt speed ensures precise temperature control for diverse materials, leading to continuous feeder delivery of dried products. Users can customize the up and down cycle units and unit quantity to meet specific requirements.

This belt, typically crafted from 12-60 mesh stainless steel wire, glides effortlessly through the dryer, powered by an advanced transmission device. Ingeniously, a dedicated dehumidifying fan extracts exhaust gases, each unit utilizing control valves for optimal efficiency. In our upper circulation unit, air propelled by the circulating fan seamlessly enters the lower chamber via the side air duct. It is then elevated in temperature through heater 7, skillfully distributed by distributor 6, and launched as a potent jet flow into the mesh belt, coursing through the material into the upper chamber. While the majority of the gas recycles, some, with reduced temperature and moisture, are elegantly expelled through control valves and moisture fans. Meanwhile, the lower circulation unit channels air from the circulating fan into the upper chamber, heating it downward through a heat exchanger, passing through the material layer, and entering the lower chamber. This chamber connects with the fan via a side air duct and return air duct, ensuring continuous gas circulation with precise discharge.
