Spray drying is a widely used process in liquid forming and drying industry. It is suitable for producing powdery and granular products in solution, emulsion, suspension and pumping lake liquid raw materials. Therefore, spray drying is an ideal process when the particle size distribution, residual moisture content, bulk density and particle shape meet the standards.

Principle:
The working principle of the centrifugal spray dryer is: air through the filter and heater, into the top of the centrifugal spray dryer air distributor, hot air into the dryer in a spiral uniform. The feed liquid is pumped from the feed liquid tank to the centrifugal atomizer on the top of the drier by the filter, which makes the feed liquid spray into tiny mist droplets, the feed liquid and the hot air cocurrent contact, the water evaporates rapidly, and dries the finished product in a very short time, the finished product is discharged from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone separator, and the waste gas is discharged from the fan. According to the actual situation, users can select heating mode and dust collection, dust removal mode.

Features:
1.The drying speed is fast, the surface area of material liquid after atomization is greatly increased, in the hot air flow, 95% -98% moisture can be evaporated instantly. The drying time is only 5-15 seconds, and it has the characteristics of instantaneous drying.
2.The special air distributing device reduces the resistance of the equipment and effectively provides the air handling device of the dryer.
3.The production process is simplified, suitable for continuous control production, moisture content of 40-90% of the liquid, one-time drying into powder, reduce crushing, screening and other processes to improve product purity.
4.The material can complete the drying process in a short time, which is suitable for the drying of the heat-sensitive material and can keep the color, fragrance and taste of the material.
5.The product has good dispersibility, fluidity and solubility, and the particle size, degree of looseness and moisture content can be adjusted within a certain range.

Key points:
1.Contact between hot air and droplets: when enough hot air flows into the spray drying chamber, the direction and angle of the hot air flow must be considered, whether it is cocurrent, countercurrent or mixed, to ensure adequate contact with the droplets, can carry on the full heat exchange.
