Operational Principle:
Wet materials are fed continuously from the feeder to the top drying plate, where a rotating rake arm with blades systematically flips the materials. As materials traverse the drying tray's surface, they flow in an exponential spiral pattern. Transitioning from smaller to larger trays, materials move seamlessly through the system, ensuring consistent drying.
The hollow drying plates are heated by mediums like saturated steam, hot water, thermal oil, or high-temperature molten salt, flowing from one end to the other. Dried materials are then collected on the bottom tray and transported to the discharge port. Moisture is efficiently removed via dehumidification or vacuum ports, and auxiliary equipment can enhance production, solvent recovery, and additional operations like heating, cooling, and pyrolysis.
