Our dryer is perfectly suited for industries such as chemicals, light industry, pharmaceuticals, food, plastics, oil, slag, salt, sugar, and more. It supports drying, cooling, and wetting processes. When used as a drying apparatus, it can perform drying and cooling simultaneously, allowing direct packaging of the product. Larger equipment generally adopts a split type design to minimize vibration and reduce energy consumption.
Operational Principle:
Raw materials are fed into the machine through the inlet and move continuously along a horizontal plane due to vibration. Hot air passes through the fluidized bed, facilitating heat exchange with the damp raw material. The damp air is then filtered by a cyclone separator and expelled, while the dried raw material is discharged through the outlet.
