Operational Principle:
The air circulation system employs a fan circulation air supply method, ensuring uniform and highly efficient air circulation.
The air source is driven by a circulating air supply motor (using a contactless switch) that propels the wind wheel through the heater, discharging hot air, which then passes through the air duct into the oven's interior. Used air is reabsorbed into the air duct, undergoing further circulation and heating, maintaining temperature uniformity within the oven.
In cases where temperature values fluctuate due to door operation, the air supply circulation system promptly restores the operating state, achieving the set temperature value quickly.
