The Flash dryer operates by injecting hot air tangentially into the dryer's base, creating a powerful vortex. Material introduced via the screw feeder engages robustly with high-speed rotating blades, fragmenting and thoroughly mixing with hot air. The resultant material is heated and dried as it ascends to the dust collection system. Exhaust gases, with a dust content of 50mg/m3, are efficiently expelled, completing the streamlined drying process.
