The rotary drum dryer is a highly versatile drying apparatus that plays a crucial role in the chemical industry, light industry, coal, building materials, and mining and metallurgy sectors. Principle:
When the damp raw material is introduced from one end, it is turned over by blades distributed inside the cylinder, ensuring even distribution within the dryer. This facilitates full contact with the countercurrent hot air, significantly enhancing the heat conduction process. During drying, the raw material moves towards the star section of the dryer, driven by inclined blades and hot air streams, eventually being discharged through the discharging valve.
