Principle:The drying process begins as materials are uniformly distributed across a 12-60 mesh stainless steel belt by a feeder, advancing through the dryer via a driving device. The dryer consists of multiple units, each with independently circulating hot air. A dedicated dehumidifying fan discharges tail gas, regulated by a valve for optimal exhaust control, ensuring effective heat and moisture removal. The belt's slow movement allows for adjustable speed according to material temperature. As drying completes, products seamlessly exit onto the feeder.
