Description:
Flash dryer is a new type of continuous drying equipment which integrates drying, crushing and sieving. It is especially suitable for drying cake-shaped, paste-shaped and thin mud-shaped materials. Wet material in the drying tower drying time is only 5 -8 seconds, moisture evaporation, drying out of the product quality and drying temperature, wind speed, air volume, crushing speed has a great relationship.



Principle:
Hot air enters the annular gap at the bottom of the drying chamber in tangent direction from the inlet pipe and rises spirally. At the same time, the material is added into the tower quantitatively by the feeder and is fully heat exchanged with hot air, the larger and wetter materials are mechanically crushed under the action of the agitator. The lower wet content and the smaller particle size materials rise together with the rotating air flow and are transported to the separator for gas-solid separation. The finished products are collected and packed, the exhaust gas is discharged after being treated by the dust removal device.

Applicable materials:
Paste-like, mud-like, filter cake and other materials, plate and frame filter press or centrifuge dehydration materials. Such as:
1.Inorganic: Boric acid, calcium carbonate, hydroxide, copper sulfate, iron oxide, barium carbonate, antimony trioxide, various metal hydroxide, various heavy metal salts, synthetic cryolite, etc.
2.Organic Matter: Atrazine (pesticide insecticide) , lauric acid septum, benzoic acid, Benzoic Acid, bactericide dan, sodium oxalate, cellulose acetate, etc.
3.Ceramics: kaolin, silicon trioxide, clay, etc.
4.Dyes: anthraquinone, black iron oxide, indigo pigment, butyric acid, titanium hydroxide, zinc sulfide, a variety of azo dye intermediates.
5.Food category: soybean protein, gum doubt starch, Lees, wheat sugar, wheat starch and so on.
