Our Customizable Vibrating Fluidized Bed Dryer is suitable for a wide range of industries including chemical, light industry, pharmaceutical, food, plastic, oil, slag, salt, sugar, and more. It can perform drying, cooling, and wetting processes. When used as a drying equipment, it can simultaneously dry and cool the product, making it ready for direct packaging. Large equipment typically adopts a split type to minimize vibration, reducing energy consumption.
Operational Principle:
Raw materials are fed into the machine's inlet and move forward continuously along the horizontal plane under vibration. Hot air passes through the fluidized bed, exchanging heat with the damp raw material. The damp air is filtered by a cyclone separator and exhausted, while the dry raw material is discharged from the outlet.
