Principle:The process begins as materials are evenly spread on a stainless steel mesh belt, ranging from 12-60 mesh, by the feeder. The belt navigates through the dryer via a driving mechanism. The dryer consists of multiple units with independently circulating hot air, efficiently controlling exhaust through a specialized dehumidifying fan and adjustable valves. As the mesh belt moves slowly, its speed can be freely adjusted based on material temperature, ensuring the continuous outflow of finished products into the feeder. The dryer offers a flexible up-down cycle unit configuration to meet user specifications, with customizable unit numbers to suit diverse needs.
