Working Process: The raw material liquid is pumped through a high-pressure pump, atomized into fine droplets, and mixed with hot air as they descend. Most powder collects at the bottom discharge outlet. Waste air and fine powder are separated through a cyclone, with exhaust air exiting via a draught fan and powder collected at the cyclone's bottom. An additional two-grade duster can be installed to enhance recovery rates to 96%-98%.
Construction: Made of SUS304, all components in contact with the raw material ensure durability. A layer of fine glass cotton insulates the tower, which includes observation doors, sight glasses, lamps, and is controlled via an electric control panel.
Heat Source: This versatile equipment can use steam or an electric heater for convenient operation and rapid start-up.
