The two-dimensional mixer, also known as the two-dimensional movement mixer, is designed to allow simultaneous movement in two directions. The mixing drum rotates and swings, ensuring the material inside rotates, flips, and mixes thoroughly. This dual-motion results in efficient, rapid mixing.
Principle:
Driven by the driving shaft, the barrel loaded with materials performs complex cycling movements of translation and tumbling. This causes the materials to move annularly, radially, and axially, promoting mutual flow, spreading, accumulation, and mixing, thus achieving thorough and complete blending.

Widely used in pharmaceutical, food, dye, feed, chemical fertilizer, and pesticide industries, these mixers are particularly suited for mixing large volumes of solid materials (1,000 to 12,000 liters). The barrel's swinging and rotating motions ensure a thorough mix.
