Principle:In our mesh belt dryer, materials are meticulously spread by the feeder across a robust 12-60 mesh stainless steel belt, which is propelled through the drier by a state-of-the-art drive system. The drier comprises several independent units, each facilitating optimal hot air circulation. Tail gas is expertly managed by a specialized dehumidifying fan and exhaust is regulated with precision valves, ensuring efficient heat, drying, and moisture removal.
