Principle:The drying process begins as material is uniformly distributed onto a stainless steel mesh belt ranging from 12-60 mesh by the feeder. The belt progresses through the dryer, which is divided into multiple units, each featuring independent hot air circulation. A specialized dehumidifying fan partially expels tail gas, with exhaust levels managed by a regulating valve, ensuring optimal heat and moisture removal. The belt's speed is adjustable according to material temperature, allowing for continuous discharge of the dried product into the feeder. The system's flexibility allows for customization of up and down cycle units and selection of units tailored to specific user requirements.

Special dehumidifying fans strategically expel a portion of the exhaust, regulating it meticulously via control valves. In the upper circulation unit, air is introduced from the side air duct, heated as it ascends via heater 7, and skillfully distributed by distributor 6. This jet-like airflow penetrates the mesh belt, passing through the material and ascending into the upper chamber, effectuating a seamless heat and mass transfer process. The sophisticated design allows most gas to recirculate, directing the cooler, moist portion through a grand exhaust system, complete with control valves and moisture fans.
