Operational Principle:
Wet materials are methodically introduced from the feeder to the first layer drying plate at the top of the dryer. As the rake arm with rake blades rotates, it continuously flips the materials, ensuring an even flow over the drying tray's surface along an exponential spiral. Materials transition from a small drying tray to a larger one below, alternating through layers for consistent drying.
The hollow drying plates are filled with heating mediums such as saturated steam, hot water, thermal oil, or high-temperature molten salt, which flow from one end to the other. Dried materials descend to the aggregate tray and are finally transported to the discharge port by rake blades. Moisture is expelled through the dehumidification port on the top cover, or extracted via the vacuum port. Additional equipment can enhance drying capacity and enable operations like solvent recovery, heating, cooling, calcination, sublimation, pyrolysis, and reactions.
