Description:
Our High Efficiency Boiling Dryer is ingeniously designed for drying granular materials ranging from 0.1-6mm in size. Perfectly suited for both finished products and intermediates, it serves industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, light industry, and chemicals. Utilizing natural air drawn by the fan, it passes through a purification cabinet and heater, creating a high-speed airflow through the material bed plate holes. This results in a boiling state where water evaporates rapidly, achieving efficient drying.
Principle:
Purified and heated air is drawn in by an induced draft fan from below, moving through the hopper's mesh plate. In the working chamber, fluidization occurs via stirring and negative pressure, leading to the swift evaporation of water, which is then exhausted, swiftly drying the material.
