Operational Principle:
Continuous wet material feed from the feeder reaches the first layer drying plate, where a rotating rake arm with blades continuously flips the material. As the material traverses the drying tray's surface in an exponential spiral, it transitions from small to large drying trays in an alternating arrangement, ensuring seamless flow through the entire dryer.
With heating mediums like saturated steam, hot water, thermal oil, and high-temperature molten salt filling the hollow drying plate, the drying process is highly efficient. The dried material, after passing through various stages, is collected on an aggregate tray and transported to the discharge port. Moisture escapes through a dehumidification port or vacuum port on the top cover, and the final dry materials can be directly packaged. Enhancing production capacity, auxiliary equipment such as finned heaters, solvent recovery condensers, bag filters, pre dryers, and induced draft fans can be integrated, allowing for solvent recovery and versatile operations like heating, cooling, calcination, sublimation, pyrolysis, and reaction.
