The flash dryer injects hot air tangentially into the dryer's bottom, forming a robust rotating wind field driven by the agitator. Material enters via a screw feeder, where it undergoes high-speed mixing, impact, friction, and shear, rapidly crushing and thoroughly contacting with hot air for efficient heating and drying. The finished dry material is transported to the dust collection system, while the induced draft fan efficiently expels exhaust gas with a dust content of 50mg/m3, completing the entire drying process seamlessly.

Principle:
Hot air enters through the annular gap at the base of the drying chamber in a tangent direction, spiraling upward. Larger, wetter materials are mechanically crushed by the agitator, while smaller, dryer particles rise with the airflow to the separator for gas-solid separation. The polished final products are collected and packaged, while exhaust gases are treated by the dust removal device before being vented.
