Operational Principle:
Wet materials are fed continuously from the top feeder to the first drying plate, where rake arms with blades constantly flip the materials. As the materials flow along the drying plates in an exponential spiral pattern, they are transferred between alternating large and small drying trays, promoting continuous and efficient drying.
The hollow drying plates are filled with various heating media such as saturated steam, hot water, thermal oil, or high-temperature molten salt. After passing through the entire system, dried materials are finally collected and discharged, while moisture is efficiently removed through dedicated ports. Additional auxiliary equipment can enhance production capacity and accommodate various material processing needs, including solvent recovery, heating, cooling, calcination, sublimation, pyrolysis, and other operations.
