Rotary drum dryer (the dryer drum) is an essential and versatile drying equipment extensively used in chemical, light industry, coal, building materials, mining, and metallurgy. Principle:
When damp raw material enters from one terminal, it is turned over by blades inside the cylinder, ensuring even distribution and thorough contact with countercurrent hot air. This enhances the heat conduction process. During drying, under the influence of inclined blades and hot air stream, the raw material moves to the discharge section, exiting through the discharging valve.
