Operational Principle:
The air circulation system utilizes a fan-driven air supply method, ensuring uniform and efficient air distribution throughout the oven.
A circulation air supply motor with a contactless switch drives the wind wheel through the heater, sending hot air into the oven. This used air is then recirculated through the ducts for continuous heating, ensuring a consistent indoor temperature.
When temperature fluctuations occur due to door operations, the air supply system quickly stabilizes the temperature back to the set value.
