Principle:The drying process begins with the even distribution of material on a 12-60 mesh stainless steel mesh belt by the feeder. Driven through the dryer, which is composed of multiple units, each unit features independent hot air circulation. Tail gas is partially discharged via a dedicated dehumidifying fan, while exhaust management is achieved through a regulating valve. This system efficiently heats, dries, and dehydrates the material. The adjustable speed of the mesh belt ensures optimal drying conditions, allowing the finished product to be collected continuously. Customizable unit configurations cater to user-specific needs, offering unparalleled flexibility.
