The two-dimensional mixer, fully named the two-dimensional movement mixer, is designed to perform simultaneous movements in two directions. This includes the rotation of the drum, which swings with the swing frame. As a result, the mixed materials within the drum undergo simultaneous rotation, flipping, and mixing. Concurrently, the material undergoes a left-to-right mixing movement due to the swinging drum, ensuring thorough mixing in a brief period.
Principle:
Powered by the driving shaft, the barrel with loaded materials performs complex cycling movements of translation and tumbling, causing the materials to move annularly, radially, and axially inside the body. This dynamic motion ensures thorough flow, spreading, accumulation, and mixing, achieving a comprehensive and homogeneous blend.
