The Two-dimensional mixer, also known as the two-dimensional movement mixer, allows the drum to move in two directions simultaneously. These two motion directions include the rotation of the drum along with its swinging on a swing frame. The materials inside the drum rotate, flip, and blend thoroughly with the drum's movement, while also mixing from left to right due to the drum's swinging action, achieving full mixing in minimal time.
Principle:
Powered by the driving shaft, the barrel, loaded with materials, executes a combination of translation and tumbling movements. This causes the materials to move in an annular, radial, and axial manner within the barrel, thereby ensuring thorough mixing through mutual flow, spreading, accumulation, and blending.
