Highly effective for applications like dehydrated vegetables, catalysts, and Chinese herbal pieces-where high-water content is prevalent but material temperature sensitivity is crucial-this series excels with its rapid drying speed, high evaporation intensity, and superior product quality. For paste materials formed into filter cakes, it can efficiently dry them after granulation or strip formation, providing a versatile solution for diverse drying needs.

Principle:
The drying process begins as materials are uniformly distributed across the mesh belt by a feeder, employing a 12-60 mesh stainless steel design. Progressively moving through the drier, powered by a driving device, the system comprises several units where hot air circulates independently within each. A specialized dehumidifying fan discharges part of the tail gas, with exhaust managed via a regulating valve, ensuring optimal heat, drying, and moisture removal. The net belt's slow, adjustable movement accommodates varying material temperatures, delivering consistent feed into the feeder post-drying. For enhanced flexibility, the up and down cycle units can be tailored to user needs, with customizable unit numbers to suit specific requirements.
Within the innovative drying system, the material placed in the hopper is meticulously distributed onto the mesh belt by the feeder, ensuring an even spread. Crafted from robust 12-60 mesh stainless steel wire mesh, the mesh belt is propelled by a sophisticated transmission device, gliding seamlessly through the dryer. This advanced dryer comprises multiple units, each boasting an independent hot air cycle, facilitating optimal drying efficiency. Notably, a portion of the exhaust gas is deftly managed by a dedicated dehumidifying fan, with precise control via exhaust gas control valves. In the upper circulation unit, the circulating fan propels air into the lower chamber through the side air duct, where it is expertly heated upward by heater 7. The air then transforms into a powerful jet flow, penetrating the mesh belt and passing through the material into the upper chamber, ensuring a thorough drying process. This intricate process culminates in the upper chamber, which is seamlessly linked to the fan inlet via air ducts. The major portion of the gas undergoes a recycling process, while a fraction with lowered temperature and moisture exits through control valves and moisture fans. Similarly, in the lower circulation unit, the air flows into the upper chamber, gains heat through the heat exchanger, traverses the material layer, and finally enters the lower chamber. Both chambers are interconnected through side air and return air ducts, enabling efficient gas circulation with minimal discharge. The up and down loop units offer customizable configurations to meet diverse user needs, allowing for strategic selection of unit numbers to optimize drying outcomes.

This includes an initial dry section, an intermediate section, and a final dry section, each with its distinct functionality. In the preliminary stage, where high moisture content prevails, materials exhibit poor permeability. This challenge is expertly met by utilizing a thinner material layer, accelerated running speeds, and elevated drying temperatures, reaching up to 120°C or higher. Progressing to the final dry section, materials experience a retention time extending 3-6 times longer than the initial stage, with material thickness amplified 2-4 times. For scenarios requiring material temperatures not exceeding 60°C, approximately 80°C dry gas is utilized. The innovative belt dryer maximizes performance through a multi-stage combination approach, ensuring impressively uniform drying results.
