Overview:
The Flash Dryer operates by directing hot air tangentially into the dryer's base, creating a vigorous rotating wind field powered by an agitator. Materials fed by a screw feeder enter the dryer, where high-speed rotating mixing paddles exert impact, friction, and shear forces, rapidly crushing bulk materials. This process ensures comprehensive contact with hot air for efficient heating and drying. The dried material is conveyed to a dust collection system for processing. Exhaust gases, containing dust levels at 50mg/m3, are safely discharged by an induced draft fan, completing the drying cycle with efficiency.

Principle:
Hot air is introduced into the bottom annular gap of the drying chamber in a tangential direction through the inlet pipe, ascending in a spiral motion. Simultaneously, materials are quantitatively fed into the tower for heat exchange with the hot air. Larger, wetter materials undergo mechanical crushing by the agitator, while smaller, drier particles ascend with the rotating airflow to the separator for gas-solid separation. Finished products are collected and packaged, and exhaust gases, once treated by dust removal devices, are responsibly discharged.
